Chaplain of the Year

Neither of the two Commander (Dean Wyse and Betty Gripp) were involved in the nomination of D-10 Chaplain Ed Mouchette and actual winning of the the coveted Chaplain of the Year award but it was much deserved that it was announced during District 10's first meeting.  A sound applause of his peers brought a BIG smile to Ed's face.
