VFW Post 7968 POW/MIA Man of the Year On September 26, 2007, VFW Post 7968 held its annual Pow/MIA luncheon at the post.  Department Senior Vice Commander Chris Kozakiewicz(2ed from L), along with the post commander, Roger Gown (L), Past Department Commander and VFW National Council 15 representative, Frank Page, Pow/Mia Man of the Year Al Catlin, and Past Department Commander/Chief of Staff(R) Don Maynard.
