It was a glorious day in Scottsdale, and despite huge traffic problems due to construction, quite a few members of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary were able to arrange their schedule to assemble at VFW Post-3513, to celebrate the Auxiliary 60th Anniversary. The proceedings were short but elegant. Auxiliary-3513 President Marilou Peavley gave some opening remarks and displayed congratulatory messages from VFW Headquarters. Marilou then presented service pins to ladies present. And, of course, everyone enjoyed snacks and a whole lot of socializing…
